Maria A. Vogt
President/CEO

Ms. Vogt has extensive management experience, primarily in construction, Environmental Remediation, Intrusion Detection Systems and Staff Augmentation. Her experience includes scoping, analyzing cost, allocating personnel resources, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating and costing program contracts and delivery orders; on-site project management; tracking financial and program progress; and technical quality assurance and quality control.
Ms. Vogt managed over $30 million in construction and environmental government and commercial contracts for Colorado and Utah Army Depots, Buckley Air Force Base for the USACE Omaha District, Bechtel National, and the Federal Protective Service, Department of Homeland Security.
Her technical responsibilities include program and project management for intrusion detection system installation for the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Services. She also specializes in the recruiting and management of program management support personnel for government entities.

Sonya C. Yungeberg
Executive Vice President

Ms. Yungeberg has 15 years of experience in a variety of civil/environmental engineering design and construction projects. She is experienced in performing fiscal /operational management, large program and project management, construction management, environmental engineering services, homeland defense consulting, agency negotiation, emergency management planning, and conflict resolution. She is experienced in the assessment of indoor air quality, hazardous waste, and pollution, as well as the design and construction management of innovative remediation systems. Ms. Yungeberg has detailed design experience related to building renovation, military gate design, antiterrorism/force protection facility design, federal government mailroom design. Her design/build and design/build program management experience includes various remedial systems, asbestos and lead-paint abatement, mold abatement, front and commercial screening gates, mailrooms, and antiterrorism/force protection implementation.
Her responsibilities include the development of multimedia compliance and emergency management programs, including safety programs, process safety, and hazard analysis; the performance of compliance/waste minimization audits; remedial system and gate design construction cost estimation, coordination, and construction management; evaluation and interpretation of indoor air quality and geologic/hydrogeologic data; designing and implementing pilot treat-ability studies; designing indoor air, soil and groundwater treatment systems, equipment selection, O&M programs, and troubleshooting; and designing and managing construction of industrial UST/AST replacement systems. She provides comprehensive air pollution permitting services and has interfaced with regulatory agencies at the local, state, and federal level on behalf of her customers.

Dana Mack
Vice President

Ms. Mack has 10 years of experience in a variety of construction, remediation and residential repair projects as well as civil/environmental engineering design and construction projects. She is experienced in high-level operational management, large program and project budget management, construction oversight and environmental engineering and consulting services. She has qualifications in the areas of indoor air quality assessment, hazardous waste, and pollution, as well as the design and construction management of site specific remediation systems.
Ms. Mack’s project specific experience includes: building renovation; destructive and ASTM testing; water intrusion mitigation; mold remediation; construction defect investigations; structural movement/damage repair; geotechnical and hydrologic studies; indoor air quality testing; regulatory agency negotiations; emergency response; Transaction Screen Assessments; Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments involving various commercial, municipal and industrial properties; subsurface investigations; remediation for underground and above-ground storage tank sites; underground and above ground storage tank removal and closures; monitoring well installation and soil and ground water sampling.

Rich Larson
Vice President

Mr. Larson is currently managing over $2.5 million in federal construction projects at Beale Air Force Base. Mr. Larson is also managing the water mitigation system design and installation to include a drainage line throughout a residential housing development
Mr. Larson has over 25 years experience in the construction industry completing residential and commercial projects. He started as a framing contractor in the mid 80’s and worked his way up to becoming the Vice President of Operations for the 2nd largest private home builder in the country.
